On my way home from Surfslam I made a stop at Lake Shasta to meet up with Rob Innes and his crew at Seabreacher/Jetovator. I got to test out the latest SeaBreacher X model which is a submersible shark powered by a sea-doo 255 engine and driveline. I also got to spend some time doing some aircraft carrier style landings and take offs piloting the Jetovator jet flight system they make. Both were an incredible experience and really futuristic feeling fun. Thanks again to the guys at Jetovator for making this possible for me!

Leading up to this event I spent 2 solid weeks completely rebuilding my Matrix jetski repairing hull damage and worn out engine components to prepare for the “super bowl” of my jetski season, the 2013 Blowsion SurfSlam Pro Motosurf Contest. Another 16 hour drive later I returned to Pacific City, Oregon to compete in Pro Freeride. I qualified 1st but was put in an incredibly tough bracket put up against 2 of the best riders in the contest right away. Falling short of both victories by split decision, I picked myself up, looked forward, and channeled my frustration and anger to charge hard toward winning the Pro Motosurf race and “Dash for Cash” race. Thank you to my main supporting sponsor Hydro-Turf, for making this trip possible for me.
